Well, I can see why Apple doesn’t want to do Macworld anymore

What a waste of time. The three big announcements: New iLife New iWork New 17-inch MacBook Pro Booooorrrrrrring! And the DRM-free iTunes is nice, I guess, but Amazon already offers that, and in the more widely-supported MP3 format, compared to Apple’s AAC. But no news on the Mac mini, no iPhone nano, heck, no memory upgrades to the existing iPhone or iPod touch at all, and Steve Jobs was not released from his frozen carbonite storage for a token appearance

I was recently suggested to be a “Green IT Champion” at work. This is actually something I’m interested in, so I welcomed the nomination. Coincidentally, Slate posted an interesting article about green computing today.

BlackBerry 8100 Review January 6th, 2009 In a nutshell: If email on the go is your top priority, and you don’t like the size and weight of the big BlackBerries, then the 8100 could be a good choice. However, the 8100 lags behind other smartphones when it comes to most features, and it isn’t the easiest phone to use either. Best buy: *Free* from the Carphone Warehouse.

Way back in 1954, television hadn’t really kicked in as primary entertainment for eight-year-old boys like me and my best friend Jerry. We mostly had to entertain ourselves with various “pretend” games using whatever objects we could find

The latest beta (test) version of Microsoft Windows - currently known as “Windows 7″ - leaked to the Internet just before Christmas. Millions have downloaded it illegally… but you might want to hold off on actually installing it. Microsoft recently admitted to a bug in the included Windows Media Player 12 which can delete the first couple of seconds of every mp3 file it plays! What actually happens is that Windows will corrupt any MP3 file with a header larger than 16KB if that file’s metadata

Altec Lansing Evolves Its Bluetooth Headphones Another Generation

When sound quality is your only concern, that single wire is well worth being able to use headphones with powerful dr
